One national network, matched where you work
Referral Nova is not divided into city chapters. Every member is matched against the whole network, and location is one of seven scored factors: a partner in your city scores 10 points on it, in your state 5, elsewhere 0. For professions licensed by state, such as mortgage, insurance, law and real estate, that weight keeps referrals inside the state where they can be acted on.
Where members are
Members join from across the United States. The states below have the most activity; a member anywhere in the country is matched the same way.

State guides are added one at a time, only when there is something state-specific to say (active professions, groups that meet there, rules that differ). We do not publish placeholder city pages.
Remote, local and in person
- Remote-friendly professions (accounting, marketing, consulting, IT beyond on-site support) are matched nationally; location adds a little, fit adds a lot.
- Local trades and state-licensed professions are matched with location weighted, and their profiles state a service area.
- Groups can be local, international or in person. Members request a group from their dashboard and an admin reviews it.
